By accessing, browsing, or using the Renewedhash platform (the "Platform"), including our website, mobile applications, and related services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Renewedhash Inc. ("Renewedhash," "we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using our Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following any modifications to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

"Platform" refers to Renewedhash's website, applications, smart contracts, and all related services.

"Digital Assets" means cryptocurrencies, tokens, NFTs, and other blockchain-based assets.

"Wallet" refers to the blockchain wallet you connect to our Platform (e.g., MetaMask, WalletConnect, Coinbase Wallet).

"Smart Contract" means self-executing code deployed on blockchain networks that facilitate transactions on our Platform.

"Transaction" refers to any transfer, trade, or interaction with Digital Assets through our Platform.

"Services" means all features, tools, and functionality provided by Renewedhash.

To use Renewedhash, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Not be located in a jurisdiction where our Services are prohibited
• Not be on any sanctions list or prohibited parties list
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

Important: We do not provide services to residents of certain jurisdictions including, but not limited to, North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba, and other sanctioned territories. By using our Platform, you represent that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any such restricted jurisdiction.

While Renewedhash is a decentralized platform, certain features may require account creation or authentication. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You are solely responsible for: Maintaining the security of your private keys, seed phrases, passwords, and any other credentials used to access your Wallet or account. We cannot recover lost or stolen credentials.

To use our Platform, you must connect a compatible blockchain Wallet. By connecting your Wallet:

• You retain full custody and control of your Digital Assets at all times
• You acknowledge that we are a non-custodial platform
• You understand that we cannot access, freeze, or recover your assets
• You accept all risks associated with Wallet security and key management

Renewedhash provides a decentralized finance platform that enables users to:

• Manage and interact with Digital Assets across multiple blockchain networks
• Execute transactions through smart contracts
• Participate in decentralized financial activities
• Access blockchain-based tools and features
• Refer new users through our referral program

Service Availability: We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, but the Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, network congestion, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time without prior notice.

Use of the Platform may incur various fees:

Platform Fees:

• Transaction fees as displayed on the Platform before confirmation
• Service fees for specific features or premium services
• Referral commission structures as outlined in the referral program

Network Fees (Gas Fees):

• Blockchain network fees (gas fees) are separate and paid directly to the network
• Network fees vary based on congestion and transaction complexity
• We have no control over network fees and receive no portion of them

All fees are clearly displayed before transaction confirmation. Fees are non-refundable, even if a transaction fails due to network issues or insufficient gas.

You agree NOT to use the Platform to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Engage in money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal activities
• Manipulate markets, engage in wash trading, or fraudulent schemes
• Upload malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our Platform
• Create multiple accounts to abuse referral programs or promotions
• Use automated tools (bots) without our express permission
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate others
• Infringe on intellectual property rights

Violation of these terms may result in: Immediate suspension or termination of your access, legal action, and reporting to relevant authorities.

Key Risks Include:

• Market Volatility: Digital Asset prices can fluctuate dramatically. You may lose your entire investment.
• Smart Contract Risks: Smart contracts may contain bugs, vulnerabilities, or unexpected behavior.
• Regulatory Risk: Cryptocurrency regulations are evolving and may impact your ability to use our Services.
• Technical Risks: Blockchain networks may experience congestion, forks, or failures.
• Security Risks: Your Wallet and Digital Assets are vulnerable to hacking, phishing, and theft.
• Irreversibility: Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible. Errors cannot be undone.
• No FDIC Insurance: Digital Assets are not insured by any government agency.

NOT FINANCIAL ADVICE: Nothing on our Platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You should consult with qualified professionals before making any financial decisions.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

Renewedhash, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Loss of Digital Assets due to user error, hacking, or technical failures
• Errors or delays in transactions
• Service interruptions or unavailability
• Smart contract bugs or vulnerabilities
• Third-party actions or omissions

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT OF FEES YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) $100 USD.

AS-IS: The Platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

All content, features, and functionality on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and smart contracts, are the exclusive property of Renewedhash or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

Limited License:

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Restrictions:

• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works
• You may not use our trademarks without written permission
• You may not remove or alter copyright notices

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Data We Collect:

• Wallet addresses and transaction data (publicly available on blockchain)
• Usage data and analytics
• Device and browser information
• Communications with our support team

Blockchain Transparency: All transactions on public blockchains are permanent and publicly visible. We cannot delete or modify blockchain data.

Your Right to Terminate:

You may stop using the Platform at any time. Simply disconnect your Wallet and cease accessing our Services.

Our Right to Terminate:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform, with or without notice, if:

• You violate these Terms
• You engage in prohibited activities
• We suspect fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activity
• Required by law or court order
• We discontinue the Platform or Services

Effect of Termination:

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. However, since we are non-custodial, you will retain access to your Digital Assets through your Wallet. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Governing Law:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Arbitration Agreement:

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.
